Hope everyone is Safe and Well. hug We're all still trying to get past this thing. Whatcha all been up to, besides trying to find deals to fight these ever rising prices??. Its shocking! EEK! Everyweek at grocery store prices go up and up. Thanks to all the good people here we can save some $$.

Looks like I made a few mistakes in this transaction lol. Thanks for the yogurt tip. I wouldn't have figured that one out. I don't like posting in the threads. I had a very bad experience in the CVS thread the other day when I posted about Boost. My doctor put me back on the blood thinner that makes me crazy and I don't need the added stress of a fight over nothing. The blood thinner has really messed up my shopping. I'm unable to do any deals because I can't think. I keep on doing really stupid deals that I never would do without the blood thinner but I have to be on it so there's not much that I can do about it.

You just have to learn to ignore some people. I don't put them on ignore, as I want to know what is going on, but I don't interact with them. Wink

The Flavor game was really nice to me. I'm never going to win the $20 prize (I have a better shot of winning the Nobel Prize) but I did get $5 off of my $7 order for tomorrow morning. That ain't bad for spending a minute spinning the wheel.

You can go on YT and read about people making $300 on a shopping trip thanks to Ibott@. How is that better for the manufacturers than us using paper coupons? Maybe I need to get with it and hop on the Ibott@ bus like everyone else but I can't see myself sitting there taking pictures of my receipts.

Wave...I don't do those rebates, eitiher. I don't have a Smartphone (yet) and I just don't have the patience now.

I did want to mention to you that if you drink alot of Coke, try the Caffeine Free one. Caffeine tightens up your blood vessels. Those with high blood pressure should stay away from caffeine. I realize your BP is Low. Hope things improve for you.

I changed my mind. I'm going off of everything. I had a horrible day complete with chest pain. My heart meds aren't helping me at all. I'm going to listen to my body and my body is rejecting them.

A quick heads up. The Taylor-Lopez fight is on ESPN in 5 minutes (8pm PST). I thought for sure that it was a ppv.

I was in Las Vegas when the odds opened on Tyson vs Hollyfield and I could've got 75 to 1 on Hollyfield. What a bet that would've been but nobody thought that Hollyfield was going to win. On the Taylor vs Lopez fight, I had never seen Taylor fight before but he was an undefeated champ and favored to win. Lopez dominated the fight after the 3rd round and looked terrific. Taylor phoned it in so it wasn't much of a fight. Who you got in Spence vs Crawford? Talk about an even fight. I don't have a clue on who will win.

So I did the thing that I'm the most afraid of this morning - I nicked myself shaving. It's not a big deal except if you're on a blood thinner. It's bled all day and I keep on having to change the band aid. I'll have to start wearing my face mask again so that nobody sees the cut. If it's like the cuts on my arms it will be weeks before it stops bleeding. At least I have a good supply of band aids and masks lol.

Does styptic powder not help? I mean, I know blood thinners make it all the worse, but if you haven't tried, it would be worth trying.

I put gobs of Neosporin on it and that didn't work. Usually, if I sit in the tub for a few minutes the cut stops but not now. I don't have any styptic powder but if it's still bleeding in the morning I'll run over to CVS. I can't go anywhere right now. I was in the parking lot at Vons this morning and some guy in a monster truck floored it when he backed out and almost hit me. I was at least 30 feet away from him and he was coming right at me and not slowing down. I yelled at the top of my lungs and I guess he heard me and he stopped but it was really close. My heart has been racing ever since. I took my heart meds and some nitro when I got home but that hasn't helped. It's pointless for me to go to the ER. Been there done that too many times. There's nothing that they can do for me that will improve my condition so they'll give me some morphine and I'll watch tv for a couple of days and they'll send me home and the next day I'll feel just as bad as when I came in. As far as shopping goes, I'm still ahead at CVS but I'm falling behind at RA and I have a lot of store money at both stores. I feel like I'm in real danger of losing it all again. I can't think when I'm on my meds. I can do CVS on auto pilot but RA is much more difficult for me so I'm not sure what I'm going to do. RA had an epic sale 3 weeks ago and I went crazy but now I'm paying the price with all of the stress. It's too much money to just lose again
