The math checks out that this is probably like last years BF deal for the reliant tires, with free one-time mounting and balancing included ($12 per tire)

Savings of $128 is $80 for the tires, $48 for the labor... Which comes out to $12 a tire. Since it's $17 for lifetime balancing and rotation (now) , you'd pay the $5 balance x 4 to get it to $68 total for labor.

You can also pay $10 x 4 for road hazard, but IMO, when tires are this cheap (for my car at least), it almost isn't worth it... Just get a new tire for that $40.

If you get goodyear brand tires, goodyear stores will fix your flats for free even if you didn't buy it from them... That's usually the bulk of the road hazard coverage that I acrually use.

I have the reliants on my '13 prius... No issues at all. Very thick tread depth even after a year, and though my car isn't a hotrod by any measure, these have worked great through all types of weather. Haven't tested them in the winter as I switch to winter every January.

In past years these deals included mounting and lifetime balance. I will update the OP once the full terms are available on Walmart.com.

UPDATE: The banner which was shared multiple times in this thread clearly shows free install and balance. I had a chat with Walmart, and they stated it is a free one-time balance with the installation. If I wanted lifetime balance, then I must pay extra. I contacted my local Walmart, and they confirmed this, and said they are doing free installs and one time balance up to and including Sunday November 27th.

Click the link below and look at post #342 for a screenshot showing free install and balance if you have a problem at the Walmart installation center.

I got free installation. I bought 215/60/16 and I selected the tire installation online that said $17-$20 per tire but when it came time to pay in store for the service it was only $20. Tire disposal fee and Tpms fee. But the actual tire install was $0 per tire. I didn't ask the worker about free install it just happened.
Which tires did you buy assuming this is Camry.

You have to use the desktop site, not mobile to see the image.
Even it says free installation on splash page ..when i go add it gives option to add installation. Clicking details shows 17-27 per tire . Can set an appointment but says pay installation at store so cannot take chance

Hi,
Is tire rotation included in the installation? I need 2 tyres only and wonder if they would rotate the old tire at the time of installation new ones in front.

I ended up buying a set of 4 Cooper Evolution HT2 Tires for my ford escape. They were shipped to my home and I scheduled a install the next day. Store install came to $20.48 for stems and disposal fees. $453 in total for new tires after all the fees+tax.
It see it is showing 17-27 per tire for installation fee, did you just ignore it instead?

When you purchase online and make an appointment, it will say 17 - 27 per tire for installation.

A store auto center rep who takes you in would know that you are getting free installation. For like $2 more per tire, you can upgrade to lifetime balance and rotation. The cashier will adjust the price when you pay at the end. Their computer system/ has a check box where it says Goodyear/Cooper tires. If the rep checks that box, it will automatically adjust the amounts.

Keep in mind that you are still paying other fees such as disposal fees, tpms fees or whatnot.

Will Walmart rotate tires every 5000 miles if you bring it in or is it more like 7500-10000 miles?

I ask because I currently use Discount Tires and Costco and both will balance/rotate every 5000 miles and would prefer to do that same if I buy from Walmart.

Does anyone know if the Walmart tire deal can be combined with this Goodyear rebate offer?

Bought a set (4 tires) at Walmart and had just got free rotation at 7500 miles after. Not sure if they will allow at 5000 or not.

Will they install just 3 tires? I have a good spare on for a fourth tire already on vehicle and am not really looking for an additional spare

How do we know what the "select Goodyear and Cooper tires" are?
I am looking at Goodyear Wrangler AT/S and Cooper Discover All-Terain.
Are these eligible? (They do have the $20 marked off)

Installed this morning and did some sweet drifting in the parking lot after. Walmart tire center was oddly great. 5 stars for those employees being nice at 7am. The nice lady was there at 6:45 before open and still helped me get in the queue and told me how it would go. She was a doll. I think i'm gonna go back and give here a gift card or something. Ok, so one guy was a little tired, but hey, who hasn't been there, right.

Only got two tiries and had to pay the 17 each. No biggie.
