Probably going to pull the trigger on this deal I can't see prices going that low for a Ring 4 battery operated version on a Black Friday sale.
EDIT:
On second thought there a $15 gift card for returning the old Ring 2 in good condition (the old unit still powers on and looks good.) For a net of $125 and next day prime delivery, to insure her safety why not?
I had a price alert set for this, and I'm happy to see it finally below $100. This is the lowest I've seen this perhaps ever.

For all RFB products Amazon description clear says that and 90 day warranty.
Not a direct answer to your question as they are different devices, but my ring doorbell pro 2 have been fine.
