just an FYI, the first two ingredients in Splenda are dextrose and maltodextrin, which are carbohydrates that are not free of calories.

If you are cooking a desert on keto, just be aware that one cup of Splenda contains 96 calories and 32 grams of carbohydrates, which is substantial especially for those with diabetes but overlooked due to the label claiming that it's a no calorie sweetener.

edit: each packet contains 1 teaspoon of splenda. the box shows a conversion of 24 packets to the equivalent of 1 cup of sugar. 24 packets of splenda fills up to about half a cup, so 16g of carbs. still not bad if you make a cake. it's not like you're gonna eat it all in one shot. divide the cake by 8 people and it's 2g carbs.

dead now, back to 22 and changes

The first two ingredients are indeed sugars, not sure what percentage by volume or weight. I would guess at least majority are the first two, so calories would be the same to the same volume of sugars, but of course much sweeter
