It's not really a deal if you have to use twice as much as many reviewers indicate. Apparently there is a disparity in the amount of product in each packet as compared to Splenda packets.

It's only 5% on this item for S&S with 5 items. It's not always 15% off. Kind of like Prime shipping is no longer always 2 day.
