About this deal:
This offer is $14.99 lower (37.4% savings) than the $39.99 list price.
Great game, plays great on switch, and no brainer price. This has playability for a LONG time because the "endgame" is constantly being updated and tweaked with the "seasons" where there are new or adjusted sets / loot every few months, and also other interesting dynamics.
LPT: if you get an NFC for the loot goblin (available on ebay), you get free access to extra treasure!
Are you using the switch lite and not the regular switch? It played fine for me for all of the "Campaign" / single player gameplay, and then I've played years of the "seasons" updates too. In seriousness, maybe get your eyes checked?
Even with this video[youtu.be] showing the screen and gameplay out-of-focus from the camera's POV, the character is very distinguishable from the floor. I'm not sure if you were exaggerating and snobby about not liking the graphics quality, but it looks fine and there wouldn't be tons of fans playing if it was as unplayable as you make it out to be.
As someone that years ago just had a switch to game with, your recommendation of the numerous other ways to play Diablo instead is silly. You have a switch to play with, and that is a form factor / lifestyle; the switch specifically is a way that a ton of Diablo fans love playing, because they can just take a few minutes to run a quick rift level or two, from anywhere.
Hey what's wrong with you? I'm providing points for my arguments and you keep attacking me as person. twice now.
Look at the edges on the models
do you disagree the ninendo version is the worse version? if Not which console has the worse version?
After watching that YouTube video I am actually pretty impressed with how it looks and may actually consider buying it now.

I bought this game on my switch and regretted it. The switch is not powerful enough to handle the graphics. Everything is blurry to the point I can't tell where my character ends and the floor starts. You are just looking at blobs attacking each other. There are so many ways to play this game, on your pc, Xbox, PlayStation, steam deck. Just don't do it on the switch
EDIT: This is literally the worst version of D3 you can spend your time on if you enjoy playing at the lowest graphical settings with Nintendo Switch that has the lowest graphical power of anything else out there that's capable of playing this game.
EDIT: I really enjoyed this eye opening experience of Nintendo fan boys' fanatical responses. Yeah of course it's playable, if you enjoy looking at puke all day

I have the OLED. Stepping away from the D3 on the PC to whatever mush blob the Nintendo is generating is insulting to the game. If you have an alternative, use it. I guess you just really low standards then
Look at it, look at the link you included, even when focused, there is no distinct line between character and the floor. or anything really. You see a blob and blurry very of everything. Even Diablo immortal on my phone has better graphics.
If you have an alternative to play D3, don't do it on the Switch
ROFL. The character is white, the floor is green. This is what is "to the point I can't tell where my character ends and the floor starts."?
Like I said, seriously consider getting your eyes checked. Maybe get some reading glasses?

I think this plays great on switch, but I don't really enjoy it in handheld mode. It's definitely playable, but FAR more enjoyable docked on a bigger screen.
After watching that YouTube video I am actually pretty impressed with how it looks and may actually consider buying it now.
That other poster with criticism might have a medical / vision condition or something. I've never heard anybody else complain and whine like they are. If anything, the Diablo Switch community is always flattering that it's great to be able to just play handheld anywhere, including jokes about a quick level or two while in the bathroom.
I've played Diablo in handheld format for probably hundreds of hours. It's really fun if you like this kind of game, and there are multiple communities and a vibrant scene of guides and videos for character builds and other info. I got it for full price minus 25%, I think, when I first got my switch years ago, and it's one of the few games I still have and play, when I've finished and sold off other games like BOTW .
