Is this through Expedia? What dates and route?
What you do is to put in your port of call. For me, it was out in SF, going to mexico.

With this cruise line, they break it down to a single traveler but even if you buy for one, they will add for 2 so double the pricing. It is booking through expedia that I'm seeing. adding $1 for free drinks packages or something like that. This trip is in april for 1 week plus 2 weekends so if you are still working, a 5 days PTO is needed.

Can it be canceled 90 days before the trip?
Careful there. Lowest rates advertised are normally NRD, non refundable from time if booking. Refundable rates generally can be cancelled before final payment date is due

Royal Caribbean is the best option (it has top class ships and service is better than other brands)
You right. My first cruise was royal, second was carnival. No comparison. Carnival wasn't bad, I'll cruise with them again but their ships are no where near the luxury of royal.

Good deals. Usually airfare and obligatory gratuities push cruises to be more expensive than an All inclusive resort
I feel the same, cruises are much more expensive than all inclusive resorts.
Would prefer all inclusive resorts any day over cruises…

Which site? Expedia? I only see a destination selection, not port of call.

Is it possible to find a last minute cruise deal Dec 2022 during the peak period after 12/25/22?

I looked at these deals and they were not cheap for those dates (also at the end wouldn't let me choose the cheap option, it added $833/person)

Do you REALLY need high speed internet access on a cruise though? I think I spent a total of 2 hours (outside of sleeping) in the room on every cruise I've been on.

Possibly, depending on your selection of room type, however on a cruise you typically get to visit multiple countries or stop in different ports during your cruise and you aren't stuck looking at the same run of beach during your stay as you would be on an all-inclusive resort stay. To each their own.

Yes, after you book. And if you book today, they are still having their "Black Friday" sale for discounts on said wifi & drink packages.

Best cruise search engine is cruiseplum.com and it's completely free. It shows the actual/true cruise price including taxes, fees and tips and you can sort by cabin type and cost per day. Just throwing it out there to help folks out who like to cruise! I've snagged some killer rates using their actual cost evaluations. Usually the best deals are about 30-45 days before cruising after final payment is required so you need to be flexible.

A lot of cruise promotions are smoke and mirrors as they adjust the rate before making the promotions.
