ESG rates this scooter well, though for me the top speed is lower than I'd want. (Suburban scooter commuter.) https://electric-scooter.guide/re...ro-review/

But the price on this deal seems great if it meets your needs.

So, I just chattted with their support team and they said the Battery is Not accessible to the user, but does come with a warranty. But that other parts of the scooter are replaceable and can be purchased here, https://shop.besender.com/store/m...ic+Scooter.

Hope that helps!

Of course, you can try to replace the battery yourself. You can find reference videos on YouTube.
But in order to have a good after-sales experience, we suggest you go to the after-sales service center to enjoy the after-sales service provided by professional technical engineers.

I'm relatively new to the scooter world- my kids tried a mediocre Razer model last year and didn't like it. We've rented Lime scooters in Tahoe before and loved them.

For fairly modest use (back and forth along ~200 yards of driveway at a shallow slope), do you think a couple of your KQi1 Sport model would be sufficient for a couple 100-150lb kids? Or would we need the KQi2 Pro? Or something higher?

Sure, the KQi1 Sport model would be sufficient for a couple of 100-150lb kids. This model is very light and cannot be folded, but the handlebars can be removed
By the way, KQi2 Pro can be folded and has a better range, so you can choose the model that suits your needs.
Thanks!
