It was live 5hrs ago. Just checked it's showing $499 (4th gen) instead... Wish I pulled the trigger . There's a simple way to connect gen1 apple pencil to this too.

edit: $499 was for 4th gen...

Was able to pick one up for my mother for Christmas. She doesn't need all the bells and whistles, but this was a great deal with the M1 @ $399.99. Fighting the urge to replace my Original iPad Air which is pretty much useless.

Both Space Gray and Starlight STILL IN STOCK. Missed out on the AFFES 2021, 9th. GEN iPad deal earlier for 249.99. That's twice in a month. Splurged on this deal though. Used my AFFES access to establish a new account. Hands down beats every price out there. No shipping and no tax. 5th. GEN, M1 Chip, WiFi 6, just made the purchase on the Space Grey. Should be a great improvement over my 1st. GEN iPad Air. Thanks OP....

Just picked one up at my local exchange for 399.00. They price matched the shop my exchange website but would only allow me to get a blue or purple which were the only two showing stock online. For anyone who shops ASFES you can just add to cart and select pick up in store which will give you all the color options.
