The listing would appear to be a first-party listing by Wal-Mart (so sold and shipped by walmart.com). The value for the money is solid, though this isn't exactly a massive discount off comparable retail prices [microcenter.com] (typically because Acer systems are generally positioned at lower price points). If you have to buy a PC today, there are certainly worse ways you could spend a $380 budget, but at the same time this offer isn't a fire sale anyone should be rushing to grab before supplies run out.
