Same here. Uber support is being predictably useless.
I chatted with Uber support and they told me that switch being on will only deduct from Uber Cash if credit card on file fails. I've always had Uber cash and it did charge my credit card for Uber One for the 2nd month now, Unfortunately, I have yet to see a credit from Capital One 🙁

What does the Savor give besides 3% on restaurants and 2% on groceries? I get 3% from restaurants from my Citi Costco. Citi Double Cash gives 2% on everything.
I canceled it though because Uberone will not give refunds if you don't get what you ordered & paid for.
Service might be great in some places, but in my area all the restaurants need help really bad, and that translates into them often forgetting half or more of your food.
All food delivery apps are like this.
