Starting today, Savor, SavorOne, SavorOne Student, and Quicksilver Student cardholders automatically earn 10% cash back on purchases with Uber when they use their card, and they get up to 24 months of complimentary Uber One membership, valued at $9.99/month. Quicksilver, QuicksilverOne, and Quicksilver Secured cardholders get up to 6 months of complimentary Uber One membership, valued at $9.99/month.
They must select their eligible Capital One card as the form of payment to receive a monthly statement credit for their Uber One membership. These benefits will be available through November 14, 2024.

I think they are great
It is up to 24 months. Only those who signed up early get the full 24 months. Offer stops on Nov 14th this year regardless of when you signed up.
Used to get 10% on the monthly charge but then they switched processors I think because it was no longer eligible and getting only 1% but I noticed this last charge was earning 10% again. Hopefully it's 10% until November...
So for those ppl who don't understand: each month that Uber charges, u get $1 cashback from the 10% plus the $9.99 credit.

Looking at it through a lens of regularly ordering it is not, but looking at our bills it’s saved us money compared to going out to eat and having a drink or two each.
It also helps generally when you’re in a pinch for time, sick, have kids and need to get something quick, etc. It may not be useful / worth it for you, but MANY it is.
Especially when you combine the free membership with the $80 for $100 (getting 2) from Costco and other deals that pop up, and they also they frequently give out coupons for 40% up to $20 off.
It’s worth it for many people, especially when the membership is free.
It also helps generally when you're in a pinch for time, sick, have kids and need to get something quick, etc. It may not be useful / worth it for you, but MANY it is.
