At this price with the GC I could complete my build for around $1300, which is $200 under my budget, but I'm going to have to hold out for a reputable brand.
I'm holding the line but for all of the folks who encourage it, I wonder when we expect sales from reputable brands? I was hoping for Black Friday sales, but I haven't come across anything good.

Prices went back up… all those "GPU FIRESALE!!!" folks are quiet again 😉
I picked up an open box Power Color Red Dragon 6900XT from Microcenter for 600$ a bit ago, just saw another one popped up in store… 870$. New price went from 780$ to 999$ as well.
Those new card releases and news really drove current gen into the ground 😂
Ok I know I'm the OP of this deal but I happen to also be looking for a card. Does anyone know anything about this brand? All I've seen on Reddit is they're legit but popular in China, not here ( no idea why w/ the amazing graphic and industrial design of this card ).
I guess, any reason I *shouldn't* buy it? Seems way way cheaper than any other deal I've seen, if I can find a use for the gift card

I was expecting a weird-shaped card that would be a challenge to fit into some cases. Even if you are allergic to pastel colors and anime artwork this card should be fine for anyone without a window panel.

Yeston is reputable. They usually make niche cards. Like waifu, and the one that looked like a cat. Gamers nexus has reviewed them favorably and used them in builds.

Thanks for the info. Was planning on doing some research on them. Still think I'll hold out for a 12GB model.
Solid price point and if your pride allows you rock a girly anime card, but saw an honest Youtuber video about this card and stating that after some time, he experienced lots of crashes and card overheating.
idc if i have to wait another year to get a sale, MSI/ASUS/GIGABYTE or bust.

Now this comment aged well. The hold the line mindset seems like an honest motive but in reality everybody will be backstabbing each other not hodoring the line and end up buying behind each other's backs because they secretly know this is as good as it gets. Like prices can only get so low before waves of people are satisfied with the price and newcomers are left with high prices.
