They are from icon sports, quality is pretty cheap compared to nike etc..

Lots of hating going on in the comments, but the $20 jerseys are a great price point for a ton of the Sunday league teams in the US who are often comprised of immigrants from the various countries. Buying these shirts for $20 and then having a local print shop heat transfer numbers on the back would get you a decent looking jersey for about $25. DHgate knockoffs would be more expensive and take 2 months to arrive
