Hackable like last year's similar deal? With the "free" tool added the price in check out is split to roughly $80/$70 for each item. Seems wouldn't be able to get full refund by returning one.

Yes. So let's say you just want this bundle but don't really need the free gift. U can return the free gift or not pick it up if you do store pick-up and you will be refunded whatever the "split" for that free tool was making the bundle you will keep $80 or $70 cheaper depending on the split for the free tool.
