quality is terrible and they don't stand behind their products, my wife's bag have leather peeling off after using it for like 3 times. Coach and Coach outlet refuse to do anything about it, and keep blaming us for improper care. Never buy Coach.

Been buying Coach products from a physical outlet store near our house for 20 years and never a single issue with quality. Not sure if online is different, but my experience has been fantastic (and better quality than D&B, Kors, etc)

Coach outlet products are made specifically for coach outlet. Rarely do Coach items end up in the outlet. Coach outlet products are lower quality than Coach.

I have the wallet and I love it. There's a bunch of these at cheaper price not any high brand. You do need to stretch out the leather a bit to get cards out. It is a snug fit.

I bought several SLGs (small leather goods) from CoachOutlet.com this year and I am happy with most of them. Generally speaking, their pebble leather SLGs are in much better quality than their crossgrain leather ones. My favorite SLG is this Organizational Case https://www.coachoutlet.com/produ...QBDEN.html , I own both the red and blue color. (BTW the blue is actually denim blue not sky blue shown on the screen.). While they have many difference uses, I primarily use them to hold all my credit cards, gift cards, insurance cards, business cards, etc. One is big enough to hold all my cards.

However I am staying away from Coach outlet bags as their quality is just not there comparing to Coach boutique bags. There are only a few Coach boutique bags available on coachoutlet.com.
