Yup someone will have to figure this out. Only thing I know for sure is that model number, 20X100GCUS, is Full HD and not 4K. So either it's not 4K, or the model number is wrong on the Best Buy website. Looks like it's impossible to tell by the reviews because the reviews aren't on Best Buy - they pull them from Lenovo but it's impossible to tell if it's linked to the right product at Lenovo, too.

As far as I know the L Series has never had a 4k screen. It's a budget line. It would also be a really strange combination of middling specs with a 4k screen. Screen is FHD. Final Answer.
