I've bought the s10+ from them (2 of them 1 for me and 1 for wife) about 3 yrs ago for I think $299. And just bought us both the galaxy s20 fe from them also. No problems so far.

I bought the unlocked versions though.

This is an almost 4 year old phone now. Battery is probably massively degrade by now and wasn't that high in capacity to begin with. I'd spend my money elsewhere if in need of a new-to-you phone.
