The icing on the cake was the $150 off promo today plus the trade-in of $550 of the 6 Pro 128GB, plus the $100 superfan code for Google store credit. Normally I sell my older gen Pixel phones on eBay, but I wouldn't get anywhere close to $550 after fees and shipping, even with accessories. For me, good deal.
iPhone and Pixel each have small advantages or disadvantages compared to each other, but I would say it balances out. The main difference is that the Pixel costs significantly less.
