Also, I was not able to trade in for XS max as it was giving me higher value ($515) than the phone itself. What should I do?
so, do i need to pay the total at forst and when i arrive to BB, apply the trade in and the 460$ for de XR will be refunded to my debit card ?

Gstore: $499+Tax - TIV $410 = $89+whatever your tax rate + Superfan $100 code if you can find one
Negative for this route: Trade in process roller coaster, plenty report package not scanned properly by USPS/Hyla so if you have a weak heart, take some meds and wait.
BB: $499+tax - TIV $460 = $39+ tax (Once trade in completed successfully, the $460 + tax will be refunded to your payment method)
Positive for this route: In-store trade in process, done and done, no worries about lost, fight the G man for credit, etc...
