Apple Phones definitely have much higher resale value!

And if you are moving from iOS to Android, it's not as simple as just logging into your Google account.
So:
1) Back up everything first.
2) Sync everything you can to your Google account.
3) Make note of all the iOS apps you want to install on Android
4) If you have two-factor authentication through an authenticator app, either disable it, or make sure you have text.available as another authentication option, OR while you're still in the store, before you give back the old phone, make sure you've logged in and authenticated to whatever Android apps will require it.
5) DON'T show up just before the store is closing. Give yourself time to migrate everything from old phone to new phone using the included cable, then install and verify that you can get into all your apps on the new Pixel, all in the store before you wipe the old phone and hand it over.
In my experience, Best Buy employees are nice and helpful and will let you take the time to do all this in the store.
