They check your license pretty carefully in the cell phone section (no finger print checks...that's bizarre)...more time spent on my license than looking at the old phone. It was fairly painless. Traded in a total wireless XR as a Verizon phone because it's an MVNO for Verizon.
The pixel is a dev phone you can stick early Android betas on. Never get a pixel at launch...prices drop so quickly 😂
Got home and the $460 credit was already applied to my credit card. Total cost was $70 after taxes.
Usually Face ID not working is because of aftermarket screen replacement.
Guy was having a hard time finding IMEI, so I said pop open the sim tray..it was there and worked perfectly .
