I did order one for pickup at a Walmart 45 min from me so I'll see if I can snag it on the way back from the airport.
Locally the XR is selling for more (without the 1 month of service) than what ST is offering so I can always flip it for what I paid if I do get the 11 from Walmart. That way I don't have to pay the restock fee.

Finally.
How does the refund work?
My total when purchased online at bestbuy was: $532.06 and that's what shows on my order.
So when I go into the store, they'll do the following?: $499.99 - 461 = $39.
And then $39 * the sales tax which should be roughly $4x.xx?
Kind of worried that they will charge tax on the $499.99 instead of the $39.
