Take some time to go through the other comments. Ffs stop telling the store your trade-in is locked to "straight talk which is Verizon" or whatever. Just tell them it is locked to Verizon (only if they ask).
Unless you have a 11 that you're trading in for the 7, you should just place the order online and shut up during the trade in process and walk out with your new phone.
The reps may not be well versed with how the trade in / refund will show up on your card, but it will be processed to the full amounts as described by OP (can't fault the reps, BB doesn't train them well enough) you can either spend an hour going circles with the rep or take 15 minutes to read the comments here and rest assured you will get back your money. OP literally uploaded his receipt for us and y'all still acting dumb smh
What is verizon's unlocking policy? Would a tracfone sim work in the verizon locked version?

After I had that locked in I ordered a Straight Talk iPhone 11 from Walmart for in store pickup. 2 locations showed stock but were clueless when I showed up to pick up and couldn't find any. I was lucky at a 3rd location they had several sitting up behind the register. Cost with tax was $212.
Showed up at Best Buy to pick up my In Store pickup and process my trade but when they got to the value hit a road block as it was more than the Pixel 7 128GB cost before tax. They advised me to leave the store and wait 20 minutes or so and cancel my online order when it allows me to then come back and they can start a new trade in and get it figured out which worked just fine. Ended up with a $12 and some change gift card back. Less than $200 if you consider the gift card balance, great deal!
