I am not sure when this started, I just know in the past I always had to wait until I reached $25. However, today I tried it with my $12 in rewards, and it worked!

Sorry if this is already known and/or common knowledge, but I thought I would share.

Edit: I forgot to mention , I have the Blue Cash Everyday card. I tried to google when this change took place, but could not find an exact date. The articles out there that mention this are from October of this year, so maybe that is around when it changed?

They made this change long back when they added some decent perks to their regular blue cash etc cards Smilie

I was happy when I found this out too. AMEX not allowing me to use my rewards until I hit $25 was one of the reasons I primarily used my Chase CC instead.
