Roughly 12 hours ago I opened one of the qualifying accounts with the promo code. This morning I received an email confirming my eligibility of the the $150 promo and confirmation of the details previously listed.

The page showing the confirmation of everything had the "Promotional offer" section at the bottom, which was where you could enter or edit the code, if needed. But like I said, it was already there for me when I used the offer link in the body of the offer. (I did not use the green button.)
