Bought the Walmart membership and purchased this on Monday Nov 21st. Went to pick it up today and sat outside for curbside delivery an hour before someone came outside and told me my TV fell off a pallet way earlier today. No email from Walmart. No call, no notification and worst of all NO REPLACEMENT OFFERED. I'M LIVID RIGHT NOW.
Print your email, and get yourself to Manager of that store. No..*your* TV didn't get smashed... Some TV got smashed, but you paid for and never received a TV from the Seller. You want "specific performance", a 65" TCL Roku TV.

Personal anecdote with TCL support:

I have an older 55" TCL 4-series and one day I woke up and the TV's backlight was dead. I did a bunch of research online to figure out how I could open up the TV panel, re-solder LEDs, etc. etc. It sounded like a huge pain. I always dread asking for warranty support because they weasel out of things and I was ready to buy a new TV if they chose to ignore me.

I opened a support ticket with TCL and explained what happened. They asked me to write VOID on the serial number on the TV and then shipped me a brand new TV 4 series (updated year model at the time compared to my original). I was thoroughly impressed that TCL could offer low prices on their hardware AND offer a great customer support. Thank you TCL!

I am looking for 55" - 65" TV good quality for upto $350
WM has a 65" Phillips for about $400. Some still in stock in my area. Probably one of if not the best deal on 65" box still available.
Then again, there's Cyber Monday??

Decent TV been happy with it the last few days. Had to do some research to disable HDR in 4k streaming. Had to get a fire tv max was the only way to disable HDR totally. (Made the screen dark and colors trash imo) TCL customer service said this model has no way to disable HDR by itself (via email). Make sure you download the Roku app for expert picture configurations. Good luck all

Anyone still looking to buy one of these for store pickup: I would suggest doubling down on checking your nearby store availability after 8pm tonight (11/26). A lot of people ordered on 11/21 and were told their orders were ready for pickup on 11/22, which means their pickup window closes at 8pm tonight. I would guess that a fair amount of people ordered for pickup without actually having any way to get the TV home.

This evening while I was waiting for mine to come out I watched a guy try to get his in the back of a Corolla hatchback and it wasn't happening. He ended up giving up. I asked the employee about it when he brought mine out and he said "he said he'd come back. They never come back."

Got this TV and installed it yesterday. Pretty decent picture quality and no issues with delivery at all. For $228 - a nice TV upgrade for my kid Applause

Yeah it's good for the price. I've honestly been impressed by the speakers. Very loud and clear compared to the Samsung it's replacing which I paid $800 for about 7 years ago.

Does this tv have a protective plastic film on the front? I took the tape off the edges and I'm seeing some bubbling along one corner ant the top middle. I don't want to pick at it if it doesn't. But I'm worried about the bubbling.

Didn't you have a an orange/yellow sticker on the top right corner that said to peel off?

While viewing something:
Hit asterisk *
Go to Picture
Roll down to Fine Tune Picture

If you try to adjust anything while not watching content your one choice is Brightness

Thanks, I figured it out last night. Delivered yesterday evening, and a heck of a deal for 65". I got the 55" version last year BF from Wallymart and am pleased with TCL.
