Yeah, but is 6Ave a certified Sony retailer? If not, warranty goes out the window and Sony is notoriously annoying when it comes to this stuff (if their history with XM3/4 remains true).

At that point, it's better to just get the refurbished ones on Ebay sold by Secondipity that come with 2 years of warranty.

I was able to pick one up for $250 on the Navy exchange with a $20 coupon that they had in one of their pamphlets. So if you are or were military I highly suggest going that route.
