Just came back from Costco and picked up 2 iPhone 14 128GB in midnight. That's what I wanted. They also had 3 Plus in starlight. They didn't have any Pros or Pros Max and if they get them they are sold out quickly the rep told me. He gets frequent calls from people asking for Pro or Pro max inventory.

But good news: The activation fee was waived. It saves a couple of bucks as I estimated an additional $70 for that.

How do I make use of this deal if I have an existing T mobile number on Magenta?

Should I buy the iphone 14 with a new line to my account and cancel the line after 13 weeks ( second phone can go to any carrier)?

$720 + $100 costco card - 3 months line/plan payment ($100-120) = $ 700 saving approx.

Any other fees or mistakes above?

the camera on ip14 and 14 pro isnt ready for prime time yes it can take decent pics in good lighting but so does motorola when it comes to zoom it is horrible 14pro has less zoom then pixel4 which is very old and the night mode isnt really very good compared to pixel phones and compares more with pixel2-3 should avoid this phone like the plague.

and the camera doesnt gets updated at all unless for initial bug fixes pixel 4 cam is still getting updated and pixel7pro is more a sony SLR killer

I already have 4 line under magenta, any advise on how to leverage this deal? if I just add a new line, am I going to get another line for free since i don't remember I ever got free line when I last time switched to Tmobile. Not sure how it works as far as rebate is concerned.

From what i understand. The $100 costco card only needs a new like. So if you add a new line you can get $300 Card + $100 Card?

How about this? Would this work

Two BYOD - 2 $300 Costco Card
Two - Ip 14 (BOGO) - 720 MC, 100*2 Costco Card
Total Cashback/Rebate - 720+600+200 = 1520

- 4 new lines (new account)- Essentials (2 port in, 2 new - B2G1 free) - ~125 * 4 - 500

Total payment - 800(with tax)*2 - 1600 + 500= 2100
