I did a Samsung trade-in last year. You have something like 30 days, but you can call them and request an extension. There's no drop-off option. Samsung will email you a shipping label so you just need to take it to a Fedex store. Takes 3-5 days to get to their processing location, and then a few days to process.

The key thing is you want them to receive and process the trade-in before your return period ends, just in case something goes wrong with the evaluation. Last year, many people got an an initial rejection of the trade-in, but a chat or phone call was usually able to resolve it.

There was a massive thread on a similar deal a year ago. A lot to read through, but you'll find all the details on the trade-in process.

I traded in an incredibly old ipad to get the galaxy S7 fe tab on a similar deal a few months ago.

galaxy 7 FE is sooooo slow. slower than my 6+ year old ipad. the only thing i can do on this tablet that doesn't frustrate me with how slow it is, is streaming netflix/youtube. horrible tablet.

Cant replicate the promo with an ipad mini 1st gen and I choose the 128 gb or 256 gb S7 FE. Is it dead? I get 220 (128 gb) and 250 (256 gb)

I see all the trade in options, and before checking out, it says the total is $175 with free shipping. But when I check out, the total is $485. Do they credit you back or something?

Edit: tried it at a pc and got it to work.

Tax is like 70 for the S8 from other thread, I think they tax on before discount price. So I would tack on another $140 to the total you calculated.

AS soon as I select my trade-in item, they increase the price $30. I can't handle this deceptive practice. It's pissing me off. No way will I order it when they change the price dynamically like this.
