22 gr carbohydrates, 6 gr fiber (excellent), 10 gr sugar not good if you are going for ketosis. It looks yummy.

Yeah definitely yummy. Great bar to take with you on a hike, but a bit heavy as a standalone snack.

Yes. Costco pricing is about $1 per bar, and they don't have this flavor.

Thank you. My autistic kid who can struggle with eating loves these, so we have them on a recurring delivery from Amazon. The normal price for a 12-count package is about $13.50 and that's with the 5% recurring delivery discount. In the store they're usually at least $15, or nearly $2 per bar if you buy individually. So this is a good deal if you know you'll be eating these.

You make a valid safety statement. Especially so as I just learned palm kernel oil (from kernels of the palm nut seed) and palm oil (from the pulp of the palm nut) are different oils and have significantly different saturated fat levels. Palm kernel oil 80%; palm oil 50%;
Although neither are a health food, too bad Kind did not use palm oil. From what I've read, palm kernel oil is cheaper to produce than palm oil. It appears its use is a cost saving choice for Kind.
That said I am with the autistic kid, I love the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew! It's a hard choice not to purchase. So we'll see what choice I make in the next hour or so. Note: I'm 60 and slightly overweight and I need to start thinking about my arteries. At least that is what my wife says.

Be cautious with warehouse deals on food. My box expires January 7. Usually kind bars are good for 6+ months
