Probably not a popular deal because of monthly credit. Looking past it and assuming we all need the phone for the rest of our life, this is one of the decent deals available with no trade in.

Future upgrades: iphones usually holds their value and probably can be traded-in towards $800 credit towards future upgrades. This assumes we will get $800 credit at the time of next upgrade. for example iphone XR still gets $800 credit even after 4 years.
