Lyca Mobile is offering 6 months for $30 total and this deal's price has been the normal price @ Red Pocket's 'Unreal Mobile' brand: https://slickdeals.net/e/14628223

Taxes and fees for CA brings this to $139.84, FYI. Works out to be about $11.65/month.
I've had ULTRA on one of my phones for 3+ years....never any issues at all.
Downside is that it's T-Mobile network.

Does anyone know this plan is for mobile phones only? I have a 5G/LTE capable iPad air and like to use this sim as data only iPad. Is that work?

$120/yr is Unreal's standard price.

Then why does it show $13 per month?

I'm gonna say this again as the comments are getting silly:

Ultra mobile is a deprioritized plan, it's one level of priority below all of Tmobile's prepaid plans and most of their postpaid plans.

You can get 3GB of highest priority data from Tmobile prepaid through their connect plans for $12.50 a month TOTAL (taxes and fees included) when you buy prepaid cards at target while on sale with a target debit card. Anyone can get this plan, it's not some promo price. It's also month to month so you don't have to buy a whole year up front.

When I checked taxes and fees on this Ultra mobile plan it came to $143 total that has to be paid up front due to all the stupid recovery fees, that comes out to $11.92 a month. So I'm telling you you would get a full 50% more data through Tmobile for like $0.50 more a month, and it will be high priority data directly from Tmobile. Plus it being a month to month plan means you don't have to pay a lump sum up front and incur the opportunity cost of being able to invest that money elsewhere during the year.

That is why I think this deal is not good. Yes the 3GB is a hard cap, if you need more data during any month they allow you to upgrade the plan mid cycle. It also comes with domestic roaming. You will also get access to all of Tmobile's customer service reps since it's direct from Tmobile. The Tmobile plan will automatically be upgraded to 3.5GB around March.

I am currently using Mint, which also uses t-mobile's network (and also deprioritizes traffic when congested, I have read). Earlier this year when my Mint plan was up for renewal I stopped by a t-mobile store to inquire about switching to a t-mobile prepaid plan and thereby avoiding potential deprioritization. The guy told me that t-mobile prepaid plans ALSO gets deprioritized on the t-mobile network...

(Additionally, t-mobile's prepaid plans do/did not include international calling (I think it was an extra $15/month or so?) and I call one country in Europe weekly, which is either free or very cheap on Mint. So in the end I stayed w/ Mint.)

Connect plans, and even some prepaid plans, are not deprioritized.

Connect plans, specifically, are not deprioritized.
Well, the t-mobile store employee told me all t-mobile prepaid plans are deprioritized as well. I am fairly certain my interest was the Connect plan(s) and was what I asked about. Of course he could have been wrong.
My Mint plan is up for renewal in 3 weeks and I am still interested in switching to t-mobile (especially if non-deprioritized, and being able to buy refills at Target without extra "recovery fees" etc.). Do you have a link or reference that shows that T-mobile Connect plans are not deprioritized?
