We paid >$1800, within 3 month, now battery only charge up to 20% and supper slow over night with labtop off and made in China

We bought one for my daughter for college. It is now charging really slow. It seems these have battery issues. Not sure what Costco's policy is for computers.

I can confirm my new gram 17, with 12th gen cpu, had wifi issues.

Returned it & went back to my old gram 17, which I love.

Only tried the upgrade to go to 32 GB ram, RAM is soldered, so can't upgrade the old one

Maybe not relevant to this generation, but the battery on my 2020 17 inch LG Gram is still 85+%. No issues in 2+ years of daily use and plenty of travel.

Anyone else's fans fire up all the time? I feel like my fans turn on even for the simplest of tasks. Also, is it possible Costco will accept a return if we are slightly past the 90 day mark? Like 3 months and 2 weeks?

Costco has the 16GB/512GB for $1K. If you don't need the extra 16GB it's a way better deal. You can add an SSD no problem. Save your money.
