Are the MSI Aegis RS 12 'factory reconditioned' desktops part of the (MAG CORELIQUID 240R / MAG CORELIQUID 360R) cooler recall? Or has the overheating issue already been rectified in these desktops by MSI BEFORE letting woot sell them?

Heard some stories about issues
One buyer received a lower specc'ed version from woot than he ordered. He had to return it since the only other option was a 15% discount on the price he paid, for the lower version he received that was still morfe than a new one..
Another said the Nvidia RTX GPU was missing!
And yet another owner said it was great till the liquid CPU cooler started to experience issues, so now he has to ship it back (no cross shipping in his case)
