Yes, I am. Literally, everything you posted was wrong. 😂

Used for our 2nd kid for 6 solid months. (Spent probably $700 as just a rental)

Now getting it again for 3rd kid. Lesson learned, we will just buy it and sell it later.

We have a 7 month old and were debating this time last year if we should get it. I would say it's worth it for a few reasons: (1) it doesn't magically make baby sleep through the night but it helped us get a little more sleep, and trust me you'll be counting the extra minutes of sleep; (2) our baby got sick, we elevated the head (just use a piece of wood, don't buy the elevators) and we felt that with the shaking helped keep him asleep or put him back to sleep; (3) whether people on here agree or not there's certainly resale value, just look on resale sites.

We got ours on BF last year and I believe it was more expensive than this. I've noticed every year they raise the MSRP but this discount is better than last years, which may have only been 20%.

This thing restored my sanity after a couple of weeks of use and helped our newborns sleep through the night early on. Fast forward, we have a couple of excellent sleepers now.

We purchased a snoop Black Friday 2017 and it was around $850 with MSRP being $1100-$1200 at the time. Obviously, times change. It is an amazing device and helped us with our 2nd and 3rd children for getting some extra sleep. We actually sold it in between to a neighbor for $750 and purchased it back for $450 a few years later. It's since been given to my sister in law, friend and soon to be other sister in law. Aside from the mesh yellowing (which I can't figure out how to clean, the device still works like new after 5 kids have used it

New dad here, 5 month old baby. We almost purchased one but we didn't. FWIW, our baby loved his Dock-a-tot in his bassinet for the first 3 months. Then we started slowly sleep training starting with a consistent nap and wake schedule. He's been sleeping through the night in crib, in his own room, with zero aids since 3.5 months old. Blew our mind when it actually worked. The key thing is consistency and sticking with the schedule once you start or all the crying put to waste. It's amazing to see our baby smile after 12 hours of sleep. PM me if you want more details or tips. I know it's not for every one and every baby. I think of it more as "sleep guiding"
