AS someone else said above if you are new to pokemon the "battle academy 2" is probably the best bet.

If you are just getting into TCG I'd get the Battle academy set with 3 playable decks. If you want to start building your own decks you're going to need a couple of these trainer boxes and a bunch of booster packs on top.
