Sounds like if you like to shoot video, there are significance improvement in A7 IV that you may want to have.
I also watched some youtube video that talk about A7 IV and most youtuber said the low light performance is better in A7 IV. Most of those youtuber are likely professional and many of them upgraded to A7 IV. But for casual user, really depend on those extra features like better auto focus, better low light peformance, better video, better menu, etc.

- For movie shooters the a7IV also gains a new active stabilization mode that is not found in the a7III.

- The a7IV joins Sony's more recent Alpha camera's by removing the 30 minute recording limit (which a7 III has this 30 mins limit).
- a7 IV also records gyro and lens data as metadata, you can use Sony Catalyst Browse/Prepare software to further smooth camera shake and make adjustments to image stabilisation even after shooting.
- Then it also adds Bird Eye-AF from the flagship Sony a1.
The a7 IV however brings big improvements when it comes to the autofocus performance over both the a7III and a7R IV. The addition of real-time tracking for animals and birds will definitely help this new camera appeal more to wildlife photographers or photographers who like to shoot a little bit of everything.
For video shooters 10-bit internal recording and S-Cinetone are probably going to be the most interesting developments, along with eye-tracking in video.
