From what I have heard, quickshipelectronics is a reliable seller of open-boxed items. They have high ratings and many buyers receive their items from them in a "like new" condition. The only downsides I can see from this monitor is that it is open-boxed, has 75hz refresh rate and 5ms response time. Also something to consider, 1440p resolution is perhaps most ideal with a 27 inch screen rather than a 32 inch.
Other than that, $134 is pretty hard to beat for a 32 inch QHD IPS monitor from LG in my eyes. But maybe there's something I'm missing out. I believe they also offer free 30-day returns.
SD flogs quickship like a rented mule and sick of seeing these deals promoted.
eBay it's a pain in the butt to get your money back. I use them for purchases under $30 but won't buy high ticket on eBay anymore.

Thanks for the upvotes. Just trying to be honest. You might get lucky.
Here's a tip if you do decide to take a chance on someone selling millions in product who won't even bother building a website.
Contact the seller first if you get a defective item and have them ship out a replacement. eBay only allows you to open a return ONE TIME and then you can't open another. Insist on your money back and accept nothing less and eBay will step in. If you get two defective items in a row, don't let them keep sending you garbage.
And pay with a credit credit for the extra protection.
Just one last note, it may seem like they have 99.9% feedback but this is not true. They have had hundreds of negatives and neutrals readjusted (ie removed) by eBay.

Seller pays returns shipping. It means free returns. Correct me if I am wrong.

About time they reduced their price.
$130 is dirt cheap, I just hope mine doesn't come with any issues.
