And that noise complain s irrevant too. Even bigger full sized gaming laptops become extremely noiser at their performance setting while gaming, some going over 50 decibels. Don't want noise, buy an UltraBook. Don't get gaming laptops and complain about noise.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING A ZEPHYRUS.

Between bad thermals, noise, and insanely problematic drivers; I got rid of mine...

I won't say to not buy it, it was a very powerful laptop and it was (one of) the first AMD with Pd+DP+Data that worked properly*, and I appreciate that.

* Properly, but had proprietary drivers that required the AMD GPU to be disabled in Linux.

I did as well but that was at 1300. I think I could probably live with the noise at 900. That said, I'm more interested in the qhd version. Think that'll get this price before black friday?

I bought this in March for $1k open box, and I absolutely love it. It's extremely powerful and complaints about "fan noise" are highly over exaggerated. You can also control fan speed in the app. I have it hooked up to a M27Q-P monitor. Looks amazing

Literally g14 control gives me no fan noise at all so it's great. Have the 2020 model btw so idk if g14control works with 2021

A lot of thermal throttling complaints about this model on YouTube reviews. Also FWIW, since it only has HDMI 2.0, you will need to get a USB-C to HDMI 2.1 adapter if you want to output 4k120Hz on an external output (not that a lot of AAA games will run on a 3060 @4k120, just an fyi)

If you like gaming and want a laptop for that purpose DO NOT get this. I owned it and ended up returning it because the screen ghosts horribly. It would make a fantastic laptop for graphic design or multimedia production however.
