This game is amazing. There are so many types of mushrooms you can grow and animals you can unlock as pets it's highly addictive lol.

Cant answer which is better, since I havent played either, but reddit says Olive is a new game, and more newly released, while Mineral is a remake of an older game. FWIW

I've played both and like Olive Town more. There are some things that was easier to do in Olive Town. I do like the fact that I can move structures in Olive, that couldn't be done in Mineral. I wish Olive has an easier way to design the layout though.

As I enjoyed this story of seasons game, I just wanna point out that they did address a lot of complaints from the fanbase in patches over time. Now it runs a good deal better and things like character interactions and the makers were much improved. It's still a flawed game but I enjoyed my time with it. If you're into farming games, this is a good one to have.

Kind of disappointed in the Switch game offerings for BF and Cyber Monday. Not nearly the selection of discounted games that we've seen in the past.

I agree. I just bought a Switch and last year a ton of Nintendo games were on sale for $29-$35. This year it was only Animal Crossing and Zelda.
