The 1st gen Ipads don't have a rear camera. I have a 2nd gen and asked Samsung CS if I could send a higher model (like 2nd gen or higher) and they said it'll be declined.

Once in a while, they have any Samsung Galaxy Tablet trade for $200 credit towards S7FE, S8, S8+, or S8 Ultra. So as long as they power up and works, it can be worth $200 as a trade in. Just have to wait for the promotion. The last time it happened was either September or early October.

I thought I had a first gen iPad, turns out to be 3rd Gen. Had to buy a cheap one from ebay to complete the trade. Going to use it for now till a better trade in for the S8 comes along.

$145 for S8 or S8+? I got $400 credit for my S7FE and and there was additional $300 discount on S8+. So paid $199.99 + tax for S8+. This was the best promo I've seen for S8+. It was $100 cheaper than the normal promotions. It lasted about 1/2 day before they bumped it back up to a regular promotion. I wouldn't be surprised if they have the same promo on BF.

I'm legit irrate at Samsung right now.

It lists "ipad Gen 1" as accepted for Trade in - but the Support Person (based in north carolina) swears up and down that they won't Accept my Gen 2 Ipad, because it lists Gen 1. Same goes for Gen 3 and Gen 4... what the actual ffff Samsung???

This is the most obtuse trade in offer I've ever read. Like in the past Ipad 9.7's covered a blanket of different iPads, now its iPad Gen 1 only? wtf?
