You can install retro arch on the Simpson without any hardware modifications, I think you just need a usb keyboard and drive… so you can put on gauntlet

I can see the point if you have a game room but with a PC or a game system this is very limited. I would think after the novelty wore off this would be like unused furniture.

I wish I had a house, living in a apartment sucks. I would have like 10 of these cabinet games already. Like for real my local arcade doesn't have these games. Wish my local arcade would just buy them.

I have 5 of arcade1up machines now (4 cabinets) including T2. T2 has NEVER worked. Customer service sent me an entire new PCBA and still doesn't work. Out of warranty at 3 months. I don't know what to do with it anymore. Another one never got working either. Batting 3/5 on success rate with these.

Didn't the original cabinets have black fixed guns? I remember playing this with my dad when I was a kid...black guns, fixed, with a button on the side for bomb. Could that be the Mandela effect?
