The specs for this one says 120hz refresh rate where the Onn is 60hz. Not too many deals I've seen on these cheap tvs that have 120 refresh rate.
Specs on bestbuy says 60hz vs on hisense page says 120hz.

Edit: Looking at the Hisense site it looks like they have a screw up. It says motion rate is 120 but then under "hidden filters" it says 120hz. Which, to me, seems like they aren't supposed to be showing that. The 32in version doesn't have that section.
