Got a message that said my account type is not eligible for this promotion. I was able to sign up last year for this same promotion and was hoping to get another year as it will expire this month.

I got the original Philo deal and currently paying $10/mo ($10 off). Last year Philo emailed me saying my discount will continue. Wondering if it will happen this year or should I try to do it again and pay $15/mo

Id be happy to have all that plus ESPN for $5 more, but without ESPN, I'm not sure I'd use it.

great deal for those looking for those type of.channels; animal planet, hgtv, hallmark….

I'd reach out to Philo, they probably could change your current grandfathered plan to the $15 one if there's channels you'd like that your current plan lacks. You could ask on Reddit too as the Philo team is very responsive over there.

I used to have to 10 deal that was grandfathered in but lost it since my card that was on file did not work once and lost that too bad because it was no limited to 12 months like this deal is.

Thanks for the heads up. I thought mine was expiring soon. Just went and checked my Philo will renew at $10/month until 11/28/2027. I'm good with that! I was on the $20/month plan when T-Mobile started the discount.

No new channels but they'd gain a year I believe of recordings instead of 30 days. Not worth the $5/month for that. I'm also on the $10 plan ($20 non T-Mobile) and if you leave it you'll never get it back.

I just checked my account and it says I'm getting the $10 a month discount until 12/2027 so if you're on the original T-Mobile discount look in your account settings from a webpage sign in.

Mine says nothing at all when I try this. No error, no discount, no message at all. The T-Mobile side works fine it seems, but nothing happens after signing into Philo.

I'm on the old $16 plan.

When I logged in it shows several profile users. It's under Account but just getting there requires some trial and error navigating.

Found it. Click on Profile on bottom right and it will take you to the page where you can select Account on the top right
