FWIW, I've ordered Apple gift cards from Amazon several times without issues. Just load them into you Apple account the second you get them.

Update: Does NOT work. Get message "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase"!

I purchased $100 apple digital card (email deliver). Got the link 5 mins later, opened via iPhone takes you to the App Store with code already loaded in and it redeemed itself after passing Face ID. For me clicking redeem gave an error that it's already been redeemed so make sure you check your account balance before lodging a complaint. FYI Smilie

double check your transactions and amazon gift card balance for your apple gift card order.

i had amex promo for 15% off using membership rewards - which i have used while placing this gift card orders.

for some reason they charged my CC order and also deducted my amazon giftcard balance for the same order for same amount .

this is super weird , also i have clearly selected to pay with credit card instead of amazon gift card for my apple gift card orders
