FWIW, I've ordered Apple gift cards from Amazon several times without issues. Just load them into you Apple account the second you get them.

Up to 3 days to get the promotion code, not immediately. In my experienced, it's taking couple days to arrive.

Thanks, having same experience now. They have no clue, the rep keeps saying only my CC was charged, but I clearly see my amazon gc balance was charged as well, and the amount is gone. The amazon invoice says my credit card was the payment method used.

It's not $15 Amazon gift card you are receiving as bonus. It is $15 Amazon credit attached to your Amazon account after you purchase the GC. Amazon credit is valid for items sold by and shipped by Amazon. Add something sold by and shipped by Amazon in your shopping cart to see if the $15 Amazon credit appies.

Also, the credit can take up to 3 business days according to fine print.

"For qualifying purchases, the promotional credit will be automatically applied to the Amazon.com account used to make the qualifying purchase within three (3) days after the qualifying order has shipped.
