FWIW, I've ordered Apple gift cards from Amazon several times without issues. Just load them into you Apple account the second you get them.

Apple digital did not work for me (meaning it didn't show up as a promo on the screen), but the APPLEDEAL code did work and promo was easily seen. Thank you to OP for posting pic to verify the promo was applied.

No, it won't be a gift card, it will be a promotional credit that you will only see in your cart upon checkout when you're buying items shipped & sold by Amazon.

Here is how you do it - no code is required.

1. Browse to your giftcard page and look for a link below that says "See more products in this promotion". Click it.
2. You should see a green checkmark on the next page that says "Promotion will be included at checkout"
3. Add the GC to cart and check out.
4. On the Checkout page, look to the right below the Order Total. You should see something like "Qualifying Offers: Apple Promo" or "Qualifying Offers: $15 Promo Credit"
5. Place order and profit

Sadly the Apple card didn't work for me and gave me a message that said, " The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."

Bummer.

Just placed order on apple GC (1st order), on the order confirm page, it has Apple Promo applied, when will receive the $15 credit? I assume it comes in email?

I've done these Apple GC orders and promos before with minimal hassle. But even though the charge appeared on my credit card immediately today and Amazon's website indicated the GC email had been sent it took over 12 hours for the email to arrive.

I think you're right. I think you're limited to receiving 1 credit, even if you buy one card from each brand. Example: 3 separate orders of 1x UBER, 1x APPLE, 1x GRUBHUB will only get 1 credit.
