Yes, you should receive an email informing you of the promo credit. It took about 24 hours for mine to arrive. Note that the credit expires in January and is not the same as a gift card. It applies like a coupon to any item shipped and sold by Amazon. This means you only pay tax on the discounted amount but it also means you don't get the promo credit back if you return the item you bought so be sure to spend it on something you're fairly certain to keep. I like to spend these type of credits on consumables or food that I would buy anyways.

I only got the e-gift card bonus, not the physical card one. The physical card just arrived in the mail.
