For everyone waiting on $15 promotional credit part of Apple Physical gift card, I've been waiting for about a week now and lost hope and it just showed up today and got the email. They might have just been backed up and coming slowly. Pls check your emails.

Also, note that they've an expiry date. Just fyi.
